Through weekly one-on-one virtual coaching sessions, direct access to Dr. Jen between visits, coursework and a customized action plan, your family receives personalized guidance, coaching, and support.

The program includes a complimentary THRIVE LAUNCH assessment and is fully customized to your family’s needs and layered with the essentials—healthy lifestyle habits, functional nutrition guidance, customized movement strategies and strategies to decrease symptoms and build resilience and wellness. 

It will integrate these foundational approaches to whole person health with cutting-edge approaches such as biofeedback, wearable technology, functional medicine, targeted supplementation and much more.  You will gain access to the full library of THRIVE's comprehensive courses and guided assignments that bring your care plan to life.
